Exercise is more than just a way to keep fit. It's a way to connect - mind, body and soul. My love of group exercise comes from the sheer release of those feel-good hormones that are literally a tonic for good health. I love the friendships that have grown from exercising with brilliant people with a shared goal - feeling good and having fun.
My classes are high energy sessions, guaranteed to make you work out in a way where exercise is fun but effective.
And what makes my classes different? I dedicate time to creating playlists to inspire and motivate. If I don't "feel" a track, it doesn't go in...but if I do....you're going to feel it too!
